Building lasting client relationships is what Carlson West Povondra specializes in. Over the last 6 years CWPA has worked with Winnebago Public Schools to complete 5 projects on time and on budget. Renovation projects have included high school classrooms, elementary ADA restrooms, and high school ADA locker rooms. New construction included a 4,500 sq. ft. football locker room, concession area, and press box facility with synthetic turf field and track re-surface.

Our current project with Winnebago Public Schools is a significant addition and renovation of their existing high school. The addition consists of secure administration office, competition gym, locker rooms, ADA restrooms, wrestling room, and 9 classrooms. Renovated space includes minor modifications and aesthetic upgrades to vocal and instrumental music classrooms, corridors, and kitchen. Major renovation to convert an existing 7,100 sq. ft. elementary gym with elevated stage to a 400 seat performance and assembly auditorium, including support spaces of dressing rooms, green room, and sound locks. The addition of this auditorium addresses the school’s need for the entire student body to be able to assemble in one space without significant preparation and labor on behalf of the faculty and staff. CWPA worked closely with MEP Engineers, Acoustical Engineers, and Auditorium consultants to address lighting, HVAC, acoustic, and sight-lines concerns while utilizing existing equipment and infrastructure to keep costs to a minimum.
