CWP partnered with Winnebago Public Schools to deliver a major addition and renovation that supports the district’s growing student body and enhances educational and community opportunities. The addition includes a secure administrative suite, competition gymnasium, locker rooms, ADA restrooms, a wrestling room, and nine classrooms.

Renovation work focused on updating music classrooms, corridors, and the kitchen, while transforming a 7,100 sq. ft. elementary gym into a 400-seat performance and assembly auditorium. The new auditorium features dressing rooms, a green room, and sound locks, allowing the entire student body to gather comfortably in one space.

CWP collaborated with MEP engineers, acoustical consultants, and auditorium specialists to achieve optimal lighting, HVAC, acoustics, and sightlines while maintaining cost efficiency through the reuse of existing infrastructure.
