CWP transformed a former 1924 residence into the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s Welcome Center, creating an inviting gateway for prospective students. The renovation included a new elevator and stair tower for accessibility, a full roof and window replacement, and restoration of original historic details. The result blends modern functionality with the building’s enduring character and campus heritage.
