CWP Architects partnered with Baxter Auto Group to renovate the existing Toyota of Colorado Springs dealership, enhancing both customer experience and operational efficiency. The project focused on key touch-point areas, including the main showroom, sales manager offices, customer lounge, first-floor public restrooms, and service advisor stations. Each space was refreshed with new finishes and furnishings that align with Toyota’s brand standards and create a warm, inviting environment for guests and staff.

The renovation also incorporated building performance and sustainability upgrades. Remaining light fixtures were converted to energy-efficient LED lighting inside and out, and new rooftop units replaced aging systems to improve comfort and reliability. Exterior enhancements, including a new vestibule at the west entrance and updated fencing, provide a polished and welcoming first impression for customers and staff alike.
