With a need for an updated aesthetic and expanded customer amenities CWP provided design and construction services for the renovation of the public lobby, customer lounge, and teller line at the SNB Council Bluffs branch.  

The design renovations were influenced by the need for security. The teller line was modified to create direct line of site from the teller counter to the main entry. Outdated finishes were replaced by rich neutral tones with a modern, clean aesthetic. Rich, wood slat ceiling and screen wall features add warmth and dimension to the space. The absorptive acoustical properties of the wood slat ceiling system also absorb ambient noise from the customer lounge. While the horizontal wood slats at the manager’s office also provide visual privacy.    

Large super graphics of historic Council Bluffs photography provide a personalization to the branch bank and connection to the local community. The expanded customer lounge provides additional hospitality amenities for those needing to wait for services.
