The owner desired a new type of facility that would attract the unique demographic of the immediate neighborhood. The inviting open lounge, visible from the streetscape is open to customers and passersby. Modeled after a hotel lobby rather than a traditional bank, it presents an opportunity to be a communal living room for relaxation, use free wi-fi, gather with friends, utilize touch down work stations, and as an aside – access a banker.
