Our firm provided comprehensive design services for this facility which provides for an advanced level of service and a major addition to the Sarpy County Courthouse campus. Included in this project is a new county board room, conference and administrative spaces, the county’s central computer facility, an archive and documents management suite, and new department spaces for the County Clerk, Treasurer, Assessor, Register of Deeds, Planning and Zoning, Information Systems, Drivers License Testing, and Vehicle Inspection. Sustainable design strategies were utilized including natural daylighting to reduce lighting loads and the use of rapidly renewable materials such as bamboo flooring.
