CWP Architects collaborated with Baxter Auto Group to design and construct a new full-service Lexus dealership on a redeveloped site in Colorado Springs. The project began with the demolition of an existing structure, making way for a modern facility that brings sales and service operations together under one roof. Reflecting the Lexus brand’s refined aesthetic and commitment to craftsmanship, the new dealership offers a sophisticated customer experience supported by premium finishes and thoughtful spatial planning.

The facility includes a customer lounge, staff breakroom, classroom space, service locker room, and a spacious service drive that streamlines daily operations. An integrated automated car wash enhances efficiency, while a new hail protection canopy safeguards vehicle inventory and maintains a clean, organized site appearance. The result is a state-of-the-art dealership that delivers comfort, performance, and elegance consistent with the Lexus brand.
