CWP partnered with Heritage Management Services to design an addition to the Meridian Gardens Assisted and Independent Living Community. The project introduced a dedicated memory care wing with 20 beds, along with new assisted living apartments. Shared amenities include dining, library, salon, activity, and family spaces—all designed to foster comfort, connection, and a homelike environment that supports both independence and compassionate care.
