CWP partnered with Hampton Public Schools to complete a facility planning study and provide support for a successful bond referendum. The study included a full analysis of the existing building, evaluating accessibility, code compliance, and space utilization, while gathering feedback from staff and administrators to identify priorities and areas for improvement.

The resulting project features a new administrative suite with a secure “gatekeeper” entrance, a competition gymnasium with boys, girls, and coaches’ locker rooms, and new music and kindergarten classrooms. Public amenities include restrooms, concessions, and community fitness space. Renovation work focused on updating Pre-K through 6th grade classrooms, special education spaces, the cafeteria, and kitchen—creating a cohesive, modernized environment that supports learning and community use.
