Gross Catholic High School Health and Conditioning Center

To expand the health and fitness program and to support sports activities Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School hired CWPA to assist with the planning, design, and construction of a one-story health and conditioning center addition at the existing High School.

The fitness center will include 20 weight lifting stations, cardio equipment, and indoor turf area for plyometeric and strength training and sports conditioning. Support spaces include an area for sports medicine, health and physical education classrooms, coach and administration offices, locker rooms, and student study areas. The facility will be open to use by Gross Catholic High School students and staff with the potential to be open to the general public via a membership program.

The upgraded facility assists Gross Catholic High School in their mission to provide wellness and education for the mind, body, and spirits of all their students.
