Gross Catholic High School Health and Conditioning Center

To enhance its health and fitness programs and support athletic development, Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School partnered with CWP to design and construct a one-story Health and Conditioning Center addition to the existing campus.

The facility features 20 weightlifting stations, cardio equipment, and an indoor turf area for plyometric and strength training. Supporting spaces include a sports medicine suite, health and physical education classrooms, coach and administrative offices, locker rooms, and student study areas. The center is primarily open to Gross Catholic students and staff, with potential for community use through a membership program.

This addition reinforces the school’s mission to promote wellness and education for the mind, body, and spirit of every student.
