After the acquisition of existing Country View Senior Living on the Careage Campus of Care in Wayne, Nebraska the Ensign Group hired Carlson West Povondra to provide the aging facility with a cosmetic renovation. With a resident population that desires a higher class environment with the cozy feeling of home this existing assisting living community required updating for the facility to reflect the exceptional level of care provided by the attentive staff. CWPA provided new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, handrails, and door upgrades in corridors and the main lobby. A private sitting/tv room was sectioned off from the traffic of the main entry. A new nurse’s station with open views to the renovated dining room was added. An existing shower room was converted into a luxurious assisted bathing suite with healthcare bathing tub. 12 semi-private rooms were converted into studio and 1 bedroom assisted living apartments. Custom patterned frosted film and timeless finishes complete the clean, simplistic, modern look of this stunning like-new facility.
