CWP Architects partnered with Baxter Auto Group to renovate an existing dealership into a modern Subaru facility that reflects the brand’s outdoors-inspired identity while improving functionality for both customers and staff. The project reimagines the interior environment with new flooring, finishes, restrooms, customer lounge areas, and service advisor stations designed to enhance comfort, visibility, and circulation.

Operational efficiency was a key driver of the renovation. A new three-lane, three-car-deep service drive was added at the southeast corner of the building, streamlining vehicle intake and supporting a more efficient service process. Exterior improvements included a re-imagined east façade featuring the signature Subaru tower and a new entrance vestibule, establishing a clear and welcoming point of arrival.

Performance and sustainability upgrades were integrated throughout the facility, including high-speed service doors, energy-efficient LED lighting, low-e glazing, and a new in-floor radiant heating system. Together, these improvements create an efficient, brand-aligned dealership environment designed to support long-term operations and an enhanced customer experience.
