CWP provided design and construction management services for the multi-phase renovation of the 5060 Dodge Building, where the firm is also a major tenant. The project included new mechanical systems, updated interiors, and full window and roof replacement. A refreshed exterior, expanded lobby, and shared loft area transformed the 1960s building into a contemporary, collaborative workplace.
